My second appointment in the United Methodist Church was at Wabash, Ark . Otis, Ruth, Jim and Nancy were very special and helpful to me during the time I served as their pastor at the Federated Church. Otis was very involved in the life of the church, teaching Sunday School and serving wherever he was needed. Otis will certainly be missed. He was such a kind and helpful person and my life was blessed by knowing him.
