Rosa Lee (Goins) Ponce, 85 of Lamar, Arkansas. Passed away on December 17, 2018 in Russellville, Arkansas. She was born October 27, 1933 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to James Goins and Ethel Schiebral. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Ethel Goins and one brother.
She loved spending time with her family; she enjoyed dancing, and is the world best cook.
Rosa is survived by her husband of 42 years Joe Ponce Sr.; three children: Geri Abersold, Joe Pontes, and Virgil Pontes all of California;
grandchildren: Hayley Young of Lamar, Cody Pontes of Lamar, Dylan Pontes of California, Michelle Hying of California,
Leah McDaniel of California, and Trent Pontes of Tennessee; two sisters Ruth and Marthen;
numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
