Prayers of peace and comfort to all of Alpha's family and friends, he was so proud of his family. Alpha was a MHS Class of '64 classmate, but also a great friend from young age. He was very intelligent, a brave young man and continued to be brave through out his life. I will remember Alpha fondly and was so fortunate to call him my friend.

Alphie was my friend, my classmate, and my relative. I never knew him after high school as we lived states away, but it is evident he lived a good life that reflected the inherently good person he has always been. I extend my sympathy to Linda and his family at this time. Godspeed, Alphie!

Our Family here in Jay ,Fl. would like to send love and prayers for all who knew and loved Alpha, he was my dad's brother {Elmer}
We did not know he and his family well. Last I spoke with him he was in good spirit and was not afraid of death. He set examples through out his life and now he is reaping the rewards. You will be missed here on earth. But not to worry we shall all have a really big family reunion on the other side of Gods great Mountain. Love & blessings to all.....Wanda Halsted,Jalomo & Husband Demetrio Jalomo & daughter Miranda Whiting

One of my fondest memories with Alpha was the time I went home with him on a weekend when he was working in Tulsa. We got about an hour away from his home and he said "Billy, you wanna drive the rest of the way"? I said " Sure". He ask " have you drove in the mountains before"? I said " Nope". So Alpha began explaining to me that you break going into a corner and accelerate coming out of it. I said "Got It". About 5 minutes of me driving he was white knuckles on the dash and maybe speaking in tongues. When we finally got to his house he said " I flew in a helicopter in Vietnam and I don't think I was ever afraid of dying as I just was with you driving". All I remember was hearing him yell " Jesus"......."Break" ....."Accelerate"..... ""Break". Go rest high on that mountain my friend and don't worry I won't be driving.
