Shirley Fogarty of Highland, formerly of West Memphis, passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2018.
She was born January 22, 1936 in West Memphis, Arkansas.
She is survived by two sons, Joe and Donnie Seligman; two daughters, Ladybird English and Lisa Moore; one brother, Howard Gosa; and one sister, Violet Haney.
She is preceded in death by her mother; one sister, Vern Ward; and one brother, Eldridge Gosa.
Graveside services will be held at Crittenden Memorial Park Friday, December 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
Visitation will be held at Roller-Citizens Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 6-7:00 p.m.
