Gilbert Leon McGuire, 89 of Benton passed away Monday, November 19, 2018. He was born November 18, 1929 to the late Ernest and Daltha McGuire. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Eva McGuire; brother, Bud McGuire; son-in-law, Ernie Baldwin; and granddaughter-in-law, Kaley Whitlock.
Survivors include son, Michael McGuire (Debi) of Jacksonville; daughter, Patsy Baldwin of Bryant; sister, Mary Ellen George; three grandchildren, Bo Baldwin (Lisa), Jill Hubbard (Ben), and Cole Whitlock; and three great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Baldwin, Trace Hubbard, and Silas Whitlock.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 23, 2018 at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047) in Benton with Bro. David Harris officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
Visitation will be from 6:00 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 21, at the funeral home.
