Frances Ann Parke, 79, of Osceola, Arkansas passed away Monday, October 22, 2018. She was born April 1, 1939, to Hubert and Rosabelle Weathers. She worked with many of the local Doctors in Osceola as a Insurance Clerk, a member of Calvary Baptist Church and loved her family. Survivors include grandchildren: Amber (Chris) Heigle and Rob Parke; great-grandchild: Hollyn Heigle; daughter-in-law: Lisa Parke; nephews and niece: Dickie Kennemore, Jimbo Kennemore and Judy Buck. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert ''Bob'' Parke; sons: Danny Parke and Randy Parke; her parents and three siblings
