Yvonne Craft Adcox passed away peacefully in her home Saturday, October 13, 2018, at the age of 72. She was born May 23, 1946 in Leslie, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her father, William McKinley Craft; her husband, Harry Gene Adcox; and her sister, Ramey Sue Craft.
Yvonne was married to the love of her life, Harry Gene Adcox, for 18 wonderful years before his passing in1987. She moved to Harrison after retiring from DHS as an executive assistant for 28 years. She enjoyed traveling, golfing, swimming, picnicking and fishing. She was a member of Shepherd's Chapel. She was also an active member of the Republican Party. Yvonne enjoyed life fully, had a lot of friends, and was loved by all.
Yvonne is survived by her mother, Toncie Faye (Adams) Gotcher, of Harrison; her brother, Melvin Kennie Craft (Patricia) of Broken Arrow, OK; her step-brothers, Paul Dean Gotcher (Nita) of Fort Meyers, FL and Patrick Donald Gotcher (Amy) of Forth Worth, TX; and many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
Visitation was at Roller-Christenson Funeral Home Tuesday, October, 16, 2018, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Graveside memorial service was at Elberta Cemetery in Leslie, AR Wednesday, October, 17, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., with Bro. Milton Paredes, Paul Gotcher, and Pat Gotcher officiating.
Pallbearers were David Corter, Douglas Corter, Eddie Donoho, Jimmy Tucker, Paul Gotcher and Pat Gotcher.
Honorary pallbearers were Leon Adams, Dr. Steve Shrum, Gary Sitton, Chester Sitton, Darrel Sitton and Jimmy D. Adams
