Steve Dale Kemp, 59, of Paragould, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at his home. He was born March 22, 1959 in Jonesboro. Steve worked as a carpenter and loved fishing.
Steve was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Wade Kemp; a brother, Larry Kemp; and a grandson, William Temple.
Survivors include his mother, Betty Kemp of Little Rock; a sister, Donna Whittingham of Little Rock; several children and grandchildren; and his loving companion of 15 years, Vicky S. Williams.
A memorial service will be held 1 pm Thursday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home in Jonesboro.

Uncle Steve i miss you so much, i will never forget the nights fishing with you all the laughs and fun we had. Now you are able to fish when you want and however long you want.
