Nancy & Joe, I am so sorry to hear about your Mother, she was such a wonderful person and teacher. I am not sure if you remember me or not. I went to Evening Shade High School. I graduated in 1960. I lived in ES in the house just behind the court house. She will be missed by many. May your fond memories of her bring you peace and ease your sadden heart. May God Bless all of you.

Our sympathy goes out to you, Nancy and Joe. Such a loss of such a sweet lady!! Never forget how she tried to teach us all in Sunday School and how rowdy some of us were. She was such a perfect role model for young folks. From Patsy white Cain

Dear Nancy and Joe, We read your mother's obituary in today's paper. So sorry to hear of her passing. We still remember the great times at your parent's home in Sidney. Your dad allowed me to "drive" his truck while sitting in his lap when I was just a wee child. Also, I well remember a very rare spanking that my dad gave me while visiting you. I reminded him of that several times during his life, and when I asked him why he gave me that spanking, all he could say was, "Well, I guess you needed it." Our deepest sympathy goes to both of you at this time. The Lord has called still another one of His dear saints unto Himself.
