Charles Henry Hayslip, Jr. 39, of Williford died Friday, February 11, 2011 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home.
Born Tuesday, October 12, 1971 in Kingman, Arizona, he was the son of Charles Henry Hayslip, Sr. of Pleasant Plains and Patricia Gail Chunn Hayslip of Williford. He was a self-employed painter and of the Baptist faith. He loved fishing, hunting, camping and the outdoors.
Survivors include his parents; his wife, Misty Gail Farris Hayslip of Williford; a son Ret Silvia of Arizona; a grandmother, Lucille Faulkenberry of Osceola; two sisters: Teresa White of Pleasant Plains and Lisa Ockey of Price, Utah; and several nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Wilbur and Dorothy Chunn; and grandfather, Henry Richmond Hayslip.
Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Cave Creek Church of God north of Batesville.
There is no visitation planned.
