Dorothy Bradford Mydland, 80, of Marion, AR passed away January 13, 2011, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN.
Mrs. Mydland, the widow of both James Roland Bradford and George Mydland was a member of Missouri Street Church of Christ in West Memphis.
She is survived by her daughters, Brenda (Chuck) Whited and Lisa (Mike) Jaggers both of Marion, AR; two sons, Dennis (Kay) Bradford and Jerry Bradford both of Fredericktown, MO; two sisters, Vell ( Denney) Williams of Danville, IN and Nell McPherson of Carmel, IN; brother, Hugh James ( Patty) Godsey of Muncie, IN; Sister-in-laws, Carolyn Godsey; Debra Kinslow; Freddie Godsey, Jonetta Hooten and Trina Thrap; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Besides her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents, Fred & Monie Godsey; sisters, Vernell Green, Mary Lou Godsey Turner; brothers, R.C. Godsey, Fred Godsey, Houston Godsey; two nieces and one nephew.
Visitation will be 9:00-10:00 AM Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home with services starting at 10:00 AM in their chapel and interment following at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele Missouri.
Pallbearers will be Brian Holder, Case Bradford, Todd Bradford, Ranson Bradford, Skyler Whited, Sparr Whited, Mike Jaggers and Chuck Whited with Rev. Carl Cureton officiating.
My beloved sister, I know you are walking with Jesus & FREE of pain & suffering!! For that, I am so grateful because another Angel is flying!!! I'll miss you terribly, but will see you again when I get there!!!
My thoughts and prayers are with cousins, aunts, and uncles with the passing of our beloved Aunt Dorothy. She was a very great lady and will be missed!
