Leila ''Lee'' Curran, 95, of Conway passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2010. She was born on Thursday, October 8, 1914 in Springfield, Illinois to the late Charles and Mary (Otteson) Bicket.
She was a loving mother and grandmother, who enjoyed every moment she had with her family. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Conway.
She is survived by four sons, David and Carol Curran of St. Louis, Missouri, George and Della Curran, Jr., Don and Sherry Curran, and Larry and Vicky Curran of Conway; three daughters, Connie and Doyle McKinney of Leola, Joann and Arlie Permenter, and Mary and Brian Smith of Conway; twelve grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-three years, George Curran, Sr.; son, Michael Curran; and nine siblings.
Graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m., on Monday, August 30, 2010 at Crestlawn Memorial Park, Conway. Burial will follow with her grandsons serving as honorary pallbearers.

Miss Lee was always such a special lady to me, Mattison and Amelia. We enjoyed going to church and visiting with her. She had a heart of gold and a solid faith.

we were Mr and Mrs. Curran neighbors for years on S Ash. We never forgot them .There was always flowers and the yard mowed just right. Sorry for your lost. Hazel and Clifford.
Lee was a good friend. She dearly loved her family.We spent time together when Leo and George was out of town.She raised some good children
