Only about 6 years late. Sorry, for some reason Mr Fogle came to mind this weekend. I was wondering where he was. It led me to search the web to find out he had passed away several years ago. So sorry. I would like to let you know that he was a nice man and i have fond childhood memories of him. I also have some prints. Blessings to the entire family.

I knew Charlie through being a piano teacher friend of Barbara's and would run into them either out to lunch, at piano events or in the grocery store. Charlie was always a delight and a precious man. He and Barbara were quite a pair! They will both be missed by many, many people.

Mr Fogle was my 1st "real watercolor teacher" almost 30 years ago. He inspired my love of watercolor and I have pursued it from that time on as it gives me alot of happiness. I moved from Little Rock many years ago and just now learned of Mr. Fogles passing. I am sorry for your family's loss. I rmember him as very encouraging to all students in the class as he was able to find some good quality to everyone's painting attempt.

I met Charlie when I began taking piano lessons with Barbara in October, 2007. He had just had eye surgery and had a patch on his eye. I remember him saying, "you are suppose to ask me what happened to my eye". He then laughingly said, "I thought Barbara said get up instead of shut up". All three of us had a good laugh. Charlie always had a joke for me and encouraged me as must as Barbara with my piano lessons. He will be missed.

We are saddened at the loss of Charles. He was a wonderful friend to my husband, Del, who helped him with his computer for many years. He was most gracious to give my daughter a very detailed interview for an art class that she was taking at UALR and to show her his many paintings. She was so impressed with his work, his intellect, and the many experiences that he shared with her for her report. He had so much artistic talent and many beautiful works of art. After Charles went to Chenal Rehab, we visited with him each time we went to see my Mom who is a resident there also. He was always charming and a delight to see. He will be greatly missed. May God comfort your family during this difficult time.

Mother and I just saw Charlie right after Christmas in his rehabilitation facility. We had a great time of catching up on the years and touched on some old times. I have always looked up to Charlie for all the things he would not let a wheelchair keep him from doing! He was a great friend, and neighbor-with a heart of gold. I am so thankful we had that time with him as his loss is a shock of sadness. I know he is peaceful and surrounded by all the beauty that he painted as an artist. Barbara, you and your family are in our thoughts during this difficult time. Love-Janet and Margie Payne

I had the honor of caring for Mr. Fogle during the last 4 months. He was an inteligent, kind hearted gentleman with a heart of gold. I only knew Mr.Fogle for a short time but in that time he gave me encouragement and confidence in caring for others. We laughed together, cried together and he made me a better person. Your entire family is with me in my thoughts and prayers. Jill Staton
