Lawrence ''Sonny'' Tucker 62 of Ratcliff, Arkansas, died Sunday, May 17, 2009 in Paris. He was born December 3, 1946 in Paris, Arkansas, to Willie and Lavada Tucker. Lawence was a retired Timber Cutter and a Veteran in the United State Marine Corp.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years Patricia Tucker; one daughter, Barbara Wilhelm and husband Carl of Ratcliff, AR. six sisters, Dovie Johnson of Paris, AR., Veneda Smith of Charleston, AR, Sylvia Anderson of Paris, AR., Freda Willis of Rock Island, OK., twin sister, Sissy Corley of Little Rock, AR and Kathy McNeese of Cleburne, TX., two brothers; Luther Tucker of Lawton, OK. and Kenneth Tucker of Paris, AR., Three Grandchildren; Nicole Wade, Cory Wilhelm, Jasmine Wilhelm and numerous nieces and nephews and Many other family and friends.
Lawrence is preceded in death by his Parents; Son, Edward Tucker; Sister, Laverne Cobb and father-in-law Woodrow Williams.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at Roller Funeral home in Paris Arkansas.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at the Roller Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Corley Cemetery in Paris, Arkansas, under the direction of Roller Funeral Home-Paris.
Pallbearers will be Bill Mickles, Don Mantooth, Steve Corley, Mark Bolding, Robert Wilhelm and Richard Whitecotton
