Floy Helen Pate, 70 of Beebe, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at her home. Born in Pleasant Valley, AR on April 30, 1938, she was a daughter to the late Richard Crow and Opal (Gist) Crow Burchfield. Floy was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved to cook, go fishing and take care of her family. She was a member of the Scott United Pentecostal Church. A brother Carl Crow and a sister Norine Hankins also preceded her in death.
Left to morn her passing are her husband of 51 years Benny Pate, two sons James Pate and Benny Pate and wife Janet, all of North Little Rock; a daughter Sharon Hodges and husband Cary of East End; four grandchildren: Benjamin Pate, James Michael Pate, Thomas McKinney and Erin McKinney and a great grandchild Hayden Pate.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2008, at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, AR. Interment will follow at Marcus Hill Cemetery in Enola, AR. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, at the funeral home.
