Mary Anne (Forsyth) Shilkitus, 48, of Batesville died Wednesday, March 11, 2020.

She was born on Friday, March 19, 1971 in Louisville, Kentucky to Billy Joe and Teresa (Bryniarski).

Mary Anne was a pharmacist for 24 years.

She is survived by her loving husband David Shilkitus, whom she married on April 9, 2000; her mother, Teresa (Bryniarski) Forsyth of Pangburn; two daughters, Presley Anne and Peyton Jane Shilkitus of the home; one sister, Kelly Forsyth Clark (Brian) of Chapin, South Carolina; father and mother-in-law Michael and Veronica Shilkitus of Colorado Springs, Colorado; sister-in-law, Katie Shilkitus DeLeon (William) of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Mary Anne is preceded in death by her father.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at Elizabeth's Restaurant, 231 E Main St., Batesville, AR 72501.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the GoFundMe scholarship page for her daughters: Presley and Peyton Shilkitus Scholarship Fund.

Dave and your precious girls are in my prayers and thoughts. I know that people always say she is in a better place and she is but while Mary Anne was on this earth she was with the most important people in her life.
