Robert Glenn "Bobby" Leonard, 89, of Little Rock died Saturday morning October 5, 2019 in St. Vincent Hospital Hospice Care, Little Rock, Arkansas.

He was born April 16, 1930 in Bethesda, Arkansas the son of Robert Allen and Nona (Edwards) Leonard.

Bobby owned a building supply store and built many beautiful homes under the name of "Homes by Bobby". He worked at Citizens and First National Bank and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He also served on the Batesville City Council and helped get the Golden Overpass built. Bobby was always on the go and liked working outside, such as landscaping.

He is survived by one brother, Gary Leonard (Linda) of Batesville, and four sisters, Fayrene Stewart, Dorothy Caraway, Mary Kathryn Mitchell (Paul), all of Batesville, and Carolyn Courtney of Benton as well as several nieces and nephews.

Bobby is preceded in death by his parents and three brothers-in-law, Dene Stewart, Jewel Caraway, and Ron Courtney.

Graveside services will be held Monday, October 7, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Campground Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Seay officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Campground Cemetery Road Fund c/o Barbara Henson 120 Low Lane Batesville, AR. 72501.

Condolences to Bobby's family. He was such a nice person. I enjoyed knowing him at St. James United Methodist Church, in the singles program. We all had a lot of fun at church and at our social events.
Sorry I could not attend the service. I know he will be greatly missed but fondly remembered by those who knew him.
