David Charles Grozis, 83, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas surrounded by his family. David was born October 13, 1934 to the late Charles Grozis and Mildred (Lindsey) Emerson in Elgin, Illinois. David worked for many years as a heavy machine operator for Dempsy Ing, Inc. David loved his dogs Maggie and Minnie, and really enjoyed spending time fishing.
David is survived by his wife of 19 years, Elsie (Bluejacket) Grozis; one daughter, Kathleen Grozis and Tom Egger; one granddaughter, Gwen Jennings; one brother, Bill Grozis and wife Gloria; four half-brothers, Johnny Grozis, Chris Grozis, Rodney Grozis, and Charles Grozis, Jr. along with many extended family and friends.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Grozis and Mildred (Lindsey) Emerson; one son, David Wilson Grozis; one grandson, Matthew Jennings, and one half-brother, Tom Grozis.
David will be cremated and burial arrangements are pending.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.
