To the Ivy family,
Although it's almost two years later, we just found out today of Mr. Ivy's passing when calling to reach him. He did our doors/windows on our home, my mother's and friends homes. We were calling to have him to do our new home and repairs on our current home. We are so saddened to hear this news and have been sad all afternoon. He was one of the nicest and most pleasant people we knew. We feel a great loss. So sorry for your loss.
Blessings,
The Sproles Family
Stanley, was a cousin I had not seen since we were teens, hearing of his death saddens me. I wish I could have known him as a man. The picture of him looks like his mother. Margaret
Nancy,

We are so very sorry to here of Stan passing. I met Stan over 10 years ago when I worked at Kaufman Lumber. He was always very nice to talk to. Then some years my daughter has Mrs Ivy as her ETC teacher. Small world, may God comfort and bless you and your family.

Nancy, best wishes to you and your girls in these difficult times. Everyone I ever encountered who met Stan liked him right away, and there are not many of us that applies to!
Blessings on you.
Dear Nancy, Brooke and Ashley,
I was so saddened to hear the news. You all have been in my thoughts and prayers. Nancy, Beverly and I are hoping to visit with you soon.
Sincerely,
Kelly
I was saddened to read of Stan's death. I was a classmate and fellow graduate of the 1964 Bryant High class. Stan was always a kind, considerate and genuinely nice person , as I'm sure he continued to be. We shared the same Birthdate - Dec 2, 1946, as did another classmate, Paula Mask. In a class so small, that was unusual. Nancy,, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your daughters in this time of grief. Special prayers in the coming birth of your first Grandchild.
God Bless You,
Peggy Bell Newsam

Nancy: I was so sorry to hear of the untimely death of her husband. Kathy Swor Hollingsworth told me that he was a great friend to her parents. I know that you and your family are feeling a large hole in your life, right now. I will pray that the Lord will comfort you with His ever-loving care.
I was shocked and sadden to see Stanley's obituary in the paper. I had him as a high school English student, and I have fond memories of him as a wonderrul young man and a student with great potential. I was pleased to see that he lived up to that potential. Losing a husband/father at such a young age is very hard. I am so sorry that he did not get to see his grandchild.
I pray that you will find comfort in your faith and treasure your memories of a good husband/father..
With my love and prayers.

Nancy, Ashley and Brooke,
We were shocked and saddened to hear this kind of news. Stan was a great guy. I always considered him a cousin instead of a cousin in law. It was always a pleasure talking to him at reunions or on your vacations to and from Disney World. He will be missed. We will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers.
Nancy, Ashley, Brooke - was so sorry to hear about Stan. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Praying for strength and God's peace for all of you.
In Christian love,
Lana & Randy Owens
Nancy - I am so sorry to hear of Stan's death. I remember your family very well from First Baptist days of times past and know that he was a fine man. He also did some work on my house in the 90's.
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your daughters. May God pour out His peace and grace on you.
Nancy,
Philip, William, Phil and I all send our thoughts and prayers your way. Though William thoroughly enjoyed his time yesterday at the competition, he was the first one to suggest that the school keep one team trophy and that the other be given to you. Phil and I can not express what your involvement with both of our boys has meant to us. Much love to you all. Stephanie
Oh, how we wish we had just the right words to make it all go away,... the pain, the questions, the saddness... Nancy, the one thing I can truly say is that in time, yes in time....whatever you need, feel, or think...Time will be on your side. There is a word that says there is a time for every thing...Know that as your friend and long time co-worker, I prayerfully offer my benevolence in this time of your bereavement.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Ivy family for their loss of Stan Ivy. I have been a driver for UPS Freight for 17 years. For 13 of those i delivered in the downtown area which included Ivy Home Improvement. And while doing so it was a tremendious pleasure getting to know Mr, Ivy. Mr Ivy was always upbeat and willing to stop and chat with me when i finished making his delivery. Mr. Ivy will be missed dearly. May God Bless and Comfort all of you during this time with a the kind of Love and Peace and Comfort that surpasses all understanding.
