Patsy Louise Koon, 61, of Mabelvale passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020. She was born July 14, 1958 in Brinkley, Arkansas to the late Herbert and Lottie Holiday. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, Kenny Holiday and Jimmy Don Holiday and sister, Jeri Dale Levesque.
Patsy is survived by her husband of 37 years, Gene Koon; sons, Brent Koon and Allen Gray; daughter, Tiffany Koon James; sister, Susan Corley; and grandsons, Dustin Gray and Jake Gray.
A public Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

i just now today found out of her passing. I worked with her for four years at SHCP. She was an awesome woman. I just loved her so much.

My son, Mason, started in her class this past August. Even though he was only in her class a short time, he loved her so much. His face would just light up when he saw her! From what I could see, she genuinely loved the kids. I am so sad to hear of her passing and am praying for her family.

I met Patsy back in 2015 when we worked together. She was such a wonderful person. I truly enjoyed getting to know her and becoming close with her. Rest in Love Patsy, you will be missed!!
Mrs. Patsy was an absolute angel! Both William and Teagan loved having her as their teacher. She was loved by many, and will truly be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

I’m so glad you were able to have Aubree in your class at daycare. Because of you she learned so much. She adored you, I’m so thankful for the time she got with you. You were always great.

My Deepest sympathy for the family. Many years of living next door and it was a shock to hear. But God has taken her home, and I know that she was a special soul in God's Army. She will be missed dearly. Many Many Prayers for the family.
