Bonnie Faye Stegall

of Bryant, AR

February 24, 1931 - January 10, 2020

On Friday, January 10, 2020 at 4:46 p.m. our dear mother, Bonnie Faye Stegall, surrounded by her family that she loved so much, went to be with the Lord. She had been very ill with oral cancer and a recent outbreak of shingles and was in Hospice care at the home of our sister. She was born on February 24, 1931 in Parkin, Arkansas to the late Clarence and Lillie Milton. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Stegall and brothers, Charles and Billy Milton.

She often talked of Daddy coming to her in her dreams and how real it seemed. Now they are rejoicing together in Heaven along with so many of the loved ones that have gone on before. No more pain, no more sorrow, no more suffering, only Victory in Jesus.

Our family was truly blessed to have had her in our lives. I know because of the faith that she shared with us that she is now resting and with our Lord.

Survivors include two sons, Roger Ware Stegall (Kathy) of Mayflower and David Randall "Randy" Stegall of Little Rock; two daughters, Marilyn Kay Ferguson (Bill) of Haskell and Jo Annette ''Jody'' Bowles (Dennis) of Bryant; two brothers, Jessie Milton of Little Rock and Robert Milton of Hot Springs; three sisters, Marie Lambert of Russellville, Joyce Jordan of North Little Rock, and Ruth Robbins of Heber Springs; step-mother, Geneva Milton of Russellville; seven grandchildren, Paul Shellnut, Michael Shellnut, Becky Johnson, Kenneth Wittke, Sharon Guerrero, Roger Stegall Jr., and Katy Stegall; ten great-grandchildren, Morgan Ray, Zachary Shellnut, Brandon Johnson, Abby Johnson, Audrey Shellnut, Erin Perryman, Hunter Stegall, Peyton Stegall, Gavin Stegall, and Zackery Kraft; and nieces and nephews, Donna Bryan, Debbie Porterfield, Brenda Thomas, Elizabeth Smith, Teresa Edwards, Steve Jordan, Kelly Clark, Karen Dodson, and Lisa Gough.

Funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2020 in the chapel of Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home in Benton, Arkansas. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas. Serving as pallbearers are Paul Shellnut, Michael Shellnut, Kenneth Wittke, Roger Stegall Jr., Hunter Stegall, and Peyton Stegall. Honorary bearers include David Johnson, Zachary Shellnut, Brandon Johnson, and Sean Guerrero.

A time of visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday evening, January 13, at the Funeral Home.
