Megan Rose Sellers

of Little Rock, AR

August 7, 1993 - June 1, 2019

Megan Rose Sellers, 25, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2019. She was born August 7, 1993 in Little Rock to Jabbo and Kim Sellers and Rita Heard and Paul Miller.

Megan was a beautiful, fun-loving woman who lit up the room with her smile and was a constant encouragement to everybody. She was very outgoing and had many friends. She never met a stranger and was always the first one to lend a listening ear and offer words of helpfulness. She also especially loved her new puppy, Johnson.

She is survived by her parents; her brothers, Eddie Sellers, Harley Sellers, Andrew Fletcher, Chris Miller, Landon Miller, Alan Pennington, Chris Pennington, and Kendal Harris; one sister, Heather Pennington; and many other extended family members and friends too numerous to count.

Her memory will be forever cherished and her happy, bright personality will be carried on through those who loved her dearly.

A Celebration of Megan's life will be Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home, 6700 Alcoa Road, Benton (501) 315-0700. A Visitation will be Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home.

Always love you guys, since you n Eddie were little elven children running around the yard in Buckville. So damn sorry. Eddie, Harley, Alan, Chris, Heather, much love n hope your all happy in the rest of your lives. Rita I am heartsick for you. Jabbo, my brother, I know what must be in you now. 8704462868. You shouldered my grief when it swallowed me, that whole year I didn't function at all you fed me made me eat n even told me when to bathe. Kept the bills paid. You saved my life, and you know that's a fact. I love you, and hope you call.

Family & Friends of Megan,
I Got to know Megan while working together at Bass Pro. I would lend an ear when she wanted to talk and give her advice when I thought she wanted it. She is the same age as my oldest daughter so I mothered her. I will miss her beautiful smile and sweet personality. I am praying for comfort for you all during this very difficult time.

My wife & I did not know Megan , but we regret the sorrow you feel. We’ve grieved the loss of sons in accidents who were just a little younger than her , and I’m sure it doesn’t feel like it now, but you know that as time passes you will be able to remember more of the good times and dwell less on your loss. As you know by now each person grieves in a different way and at different times, so we encourage each of you to continue allowing for those differences in your families.
We are of the Christian faith and we dealt with our pain based on our belief that God is still sovereign even when we don’t understand tragedy. May you find comfort as you walk through this “valley of the shadow of death” and may friends share their good memories of Megan with you.
