I am both sad and shocked at the loss of Marilyn. We worked together at Sears in Little Rock in the early '80s and became fast friends. I got my recipe for scotcheroos from her, and she is famous for that because I have made them SO many times for friends and always called them "Marilyn's Scotcheroos." They are in one of our church cookbooks with that title. We never forgot each other's birthdays or Christmas and always exchanged gifts. We talked for a long time the week before she died. I will miss our visits very much. She was one of a kind and very special to me. My deepest sympathy to all of her family.

She was a very special lady. She made us treats at the clinic every year. She always gave me a hug every time night saw her iand told me she loved me. She loved the Lord and her family. She will be missed.

Marilyn was our right hand at H&R Block for 40 years and served my dad, brother & me with uncompromising loyalty. She served relentlessly, giving so much of her time and energy above anything an employer could expect. We are very thankful to have had her in our lives.
