Carvel H. ''Bill'' Logan, also known as ''Wild Bill'' passed away Thursday May 28, 2020 in Topeka, Kansas.

Bill was born January 11, 1937 in Trent, Texas to the late Henry August and Mildred (Clark) Logan. He was a United States Army Sergeant serving in Vietnam from 1957 - 1959. He was one of the first five that started the patriot guard that attended many soldiers' funerals He was a loving father and husband and will be dearly missed.

Mr. Logan is survived by his wife of 62 years, Janet J. Logan, his daughter Joni L. Logan, his grandson Kyle W. Logan, his sister Mary Lee, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his daughter Kelli L. Logan.

A graveside service will be 1:00 pm Saturday June 6, 2020 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery with Major Bill Berry, Chaplain officiating with military honors.

Janet, I stumbled on the notice of Bill's passing...Phil and I are so sorry. We often hoped we four could get together again. We'll never forget our times together in Panama. We'd love to hear from you.
