Tressa Joann Plant, age 72, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Tressa was born December 5, 1947 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was a lifelong resident of the area and she was a Christian. She loved music, working puzzles, and crocheting. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Plant is survived by two sons: James Edwards of Snow, Arkansas; Josiah Barker of Summit, Arkansas; one daughter Amanda Watkins (Markus) of Bruno, Arkansas; eight grandchildren: William Watkins, Luke Watkins, Hannah Watkins, Haley Barker, Alyssa Barker, Caleb Barker, and Jeremy Barker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bill Plant, her son Charles Edwards and a sister.

Graveside service will be 2:00 pm Friday March 20, 2020 at Freck Cemetery near Yellville.

I had the great pleasure of taking care of tressa. I can remember on days that she could tell I was upset, she would make me sit by her and take a few minutes to talk to her. Such an amazing and caring women. You will be missed. Prayers go out to the family.
