Daniel Darwin Murphy, age 73, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Monday February 24, 2020 at his home.

Daniel was born June 21, 1946 to the late Laverne James and Ella Rhey Judd in Tampa, Florida. He was retired from the United States Air Force. He had lived in the area for the past 30 years coming here from Florida. He was a member of the Assembly of Yahweh Church. He was a master craftsman with leather working, gunsmithing, and he was very proud of his Air Force career. He liked keeping up on politics and spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Murphy is survived by his wife Cindy of the home, three daughters: Kristina Murphy of Colmbus, Ohio; Stefanie Murphy Medlin (Sean) of Waco, Texas; Amanda Coley Wintersteen (Dale) of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; two brothers: Johnny Head of Orlando, Florida; Jimmy Murphy of Houston, Texas; seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by is parents, his sister Norma Head, and his granddaughter Elizabeth Wintersteen.
