Billie Joan Johnson age 86, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday February 25, 2020 in Flippin, Arkansas.

Mrs. Johnson was born November 19, 1933 in Lead Hill, Arkansas to the late Charles Robert and Lou E. (Scott) Warren. A lifelong resident of the area, she had worked as a supervisor with Micro Plastics. She was a member of Yellville Missionary Baptist Church.

Billie is survived by her son Brett Menke of Texas, Brenda Zipperer of Yellville, two brothers: Dale Warren of Kansas, Wayne Warren of Yellville; three sisters: Mary Ellen Taylor of Kansas, Willadean Sides of Texas, May Rogers of Harrison; eleven grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husbands Vernon Menke and Jay Johnson, her son Randy, her sisters: Edna Slagely, Ruth Paxton, Helen Paxton, and Fay Ferguson.

Visitation for Mrs. Johnson will be 1:00 '''' 2:00 pm Thursday February 27, 2020 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville, Arkansas.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Thursday February 27, 2020 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jim Pool officiating.

Interment will follow at Georges Creek Cemetery near Yellville.

I have very fond & loving memories of my Great Aunt Joan. She was such a sweet lady. I’m sure she’s having a happy reunion in Heaven! I sure wish I could be there today but please know my thoughts & prayers are with you all. Love & hugs to all my family. Rest in sweet peace, Aunt Joan.
