Linda Anne Crigler

of Springdale, AR

October 30, 1941 - May 16, 2019

Linda Anne (Burleson) Crigler, age 77, of Springdale, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at the Maples Nursing Home in Harber Meadows.
Linda was the daughter of Ulis "Foots" Burleson and Pauline (Hill) Burleson. She was born on October 30, 1941, in Yellville. She was a 1958 graduate of Yellville-Summit High School. She was a life-long resident of this area and worked as a teller at several surrounding banks. She loved working the drive-thru window and talking to everyone that came through and showing pictures of her grandchildren.
Linda was also, as her husband referred to her, "The perfect coach's wife." She loved basketball and going to games to support his teams and visiting with everyone in the stands.
After surviving breast cancer, Linda retired from banking and kept the roads hot between Yellville and Springdale to be at every event her grandchildren were involved in. She loved them so much and they were the joy of her life.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Larry Burleson, and her husband Don Crigler.
Linda is survived by her daughter Ladonna Fotenopulos, her husband, Mike, and their two children Kennedy and Jake, of Springdale; her sister-in- law Sara Gilliland her husband, Jack, nephew Brad, and niece Katie Bader all of Springdale; two very special aunts Sue Rotenberry of Yellville and Barbara Burch of Fayetteville; and a host of other relatives and friends who loved her and will miss her.
Visitation will be from 1:00 -2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville, Arkansas.
Funeral Service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastors Jack Gilliland, Don Elmore, and Keith Buttram officiating.
Burial will be at Patton Cemetery in Pyatt.
Pallbearers are Jake Fotenopulos, Mike Fotenopulos, Brad Gilliland, Robby Bader, Mike Rotenberry, Steve Burch, and Joe Burch.
Honorary pallbearers are all the nurses and staff of Creekside Nursing Home in Yellville and The Maples Nursing Home in Springdale.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cedar Grove Methodist Church in Yellville, Arkansas.

I worked with Linda for many years, she was a nice person and also was funny at times, always smiling. We had lots of different
celebrations at work which required bringing food, I always went to her first because I knew what she would say, " oh yes, I will bring water because that is all I know how to cook". It is hard to lose your Mom and Dad, remember the good times and rejoice because she was a loving Mother and a loving Grandmother and you and them have precious memories. Will miss her smiling face and I think she is at peace now. Love you and your family.

Dear LaDonna & Family:
I'm so very sorry for the loss of your beloved mom. I loved visiting with her when she drove over to every event Kennedy and Jake were involved in at Hunt Elementary. I know you will miss her very much but will see her again one day. You are in my prayers.
Much Love,
Clif
