Berton Montsma, age 71, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Wednesday March 13, 2019 at his home. Berton was born January 6, 1948 to the late Edward and Bernice (Vander Veen) Montsma in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. He had been employed at Ranger Boats in Flippin, Arkansas.

Mr. Montsma is survived by two daughters: Valerie Ross of Marshall, Arkansas; Thealin Bravo of Nicholasville, Kentucky; two brothers: Peter of Waupun, Wisconsin; John of Wheaton, Illinois; three sisters: Alice Heeringa of Waupun, Wisconsin; Edna Kelder of Winter Haven, Florida; Theresa Vegter of Elmhurst, Illinois; nine grandchildren: and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.

Arrangements by Roller-Burns Funeral Home are private.
