Roller-Burns Funeral Home, Anna Lee Davenport, age 76, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2018 in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Anna Lee was born November 14, 1942 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Elmer Earl and Dorothy May (Warren) Blasdel.

Anna Lee Davenport was a member of Caney Church of Christ. She was deeply religious, believing in God's love and grace, and accepting the Bible as her authority. She loved worshipping at Caney, Cotter, and Flippin.

Anna Lee found great fulfillment and joy in working as a registered nurse for 35 years. She love being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her hobbies were sewing, reading, bow-hunting, fishing, making cards, growing flowers, and finding fossils. Anne Lee loved to cook! She delighted in entertaining through story-telling and jokes.

She enjoyed deer hunting and was proud to have been with her grandsons Nathan, Willie, and James when each shot his first deer. On her 70th birthday she killed a deer with her bow, brought the deer home, and helped Bill process and package the meat!

Ann Lee listed her fondest moments as her first date and kiss with Bill, meeting Bill at the bus station with her RN license in had, walking down the aisle to five Bill her hand in marriage, seeing and holding Dianna and Bart the first time and playing with them where they were little, watching Dianna decorate a bedroom set, taking a month vacation with Bart, and going to Colorado with Bill.

She was compassionate, patient, and generous with everyone she met. She was a fun-loving, creative person with a bright and bold personality, and she loved everyone.

Mrs. Davenport is survived by her husband, Bill, of the home; her son Bart Davenport and his wife, Lana, of Conway, Arkansas; her daughter Dianna Galyen and her husband, Tom, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; three brothers: Lloyd Blasdel of Mountain Home, Arkansas; Larry Blasdel and his wife, Leatrice, of Flippin, Arkansas; Earl Blasdel, Jr. and his wife, Janis, of Mountain Home, Arkansas; two sisters: Earlene Campbell and her husband, Coy, of Alabama; Daphne Frazier of Arizona; four grandchildren: Nathan Galyen and his wife, Joanna,; Willie Galyen; Amanda Geary and her husband, Buster; James Williams; three great-grandchildren: Daxton Geary, Annalynn Galyen, Henry Galyen; and one ''yet to arrive'' great-grandbaby Geary.

Visitation for Mrs. Davenport will be 10:00 11:00 am Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Caney Church of Christ near Yellville, Arkansas.

Funeral service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Caney Church of Christ with Jeff Crawford officiating.

Interment will follow at Caney Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Galyen, Willie Galyen, Buster Geary, James Williams, Erick Blasdel, and Dallas Blasdel.

Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Joe Dillard, Mac Sasser, her nephews: Ford Frazier, William Blasdel, Larry Blasdel, Jr., Steven Blasdel, Scott Campbell, and Mark Campbell.

Dear Bill, Dianna, Bart and Blasdel Family
I am so sad to hear of Anna Lee passing. She was not only a wonderful cousin she was a wonderful wife, mother and sister and she is going to be missed by so many, more than we will ever know. Our thoughts and prayers are with you today and the days to come. God will get you through the pain and loss (in time) and just know that she will live on with you all throughout your life in so many ways you are yet to discover.
