Lola D. (Hurst) Pratt, age 78, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018 in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Mrs. Pratt was born in Old Buffalo, Arkansas on April 4, 1940 to the late Wayne and Ethel (Marchant) Hurst. She had been employed as a registered nurse in skilled nursing/healthcare. She attended New Hope Baptist Church in Yellville, Arkansas. Lola enjoyed reading, cooking, and enjoying her grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons: John (Joy) Jefferson of El Dorado, Arkansas; Billy G. (Tyler) Jefferson, Jr. of Coleman, Florida; two daughters: Cassie (David) Gilley of Yellville, Arkansas; Tammy (John) Burkhart of Memphis, Tennessee; two brothers: Kelly Hurst of Flippin; Leo (Donna) Hurst of Yakima, Washington; two sisters: Jean Parnell of Mountain Home, Arkansas; Wanda Ling of Yakima, Washington; seven grandchildren: Brett Jefferson, Alex Gilley, Kelsie Adami, Lindsay Jefferson, William Jefferson, Otto Jefferson, and Abigail Jefferson; and four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Pratt was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers: R.H. ''Perk'' Hurst, Sherman Hurst, Bob Hurst; and her sister Sharon.

A memorial service will be 11:00am Thursday, October 11, 2018 at New Hope Baptist Church near Yellville, Arkansas with Bro Jack Jefferson officiating.

Her grandchildren will be honorary pallbearers.

Memorials may be made to New Hope Baptist Church, or Marion County Library.
