Tonya Parker, age 49, of Omaha, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2020, at her home. She was born December 5, 1970, in Harrison, Arkansas, the daughter of Gene and Louise (Middleton) Roberts. She was preceded in death by her father, Gene Roberts; her grandmothers, Laura Middleton and Inice Roberts; and her grandfather, Tillman Roberts.
Tonya enjoyed gardening, flowers, and animals of all kinds. She was a homemaker. She married James on September 30, 2000.
Tonya is survived by her husband, James E. Parker, of Omaha, Arkansas; her mother, Louise Roberts, of Omaha; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Sheila Wright, Tamara and Travis Mays, Talisa and Greg Labonte, all of Omaha, and Lanita and Tommy Campbell of Olvey, Arkansas; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Visitation was Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.
Funeral service was Thursday, February 6, 2020, at First Assembly of God Church, with Bro. Dennis Selvidge officiating.
Interment was in the Gass Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Tommy Campbell, Travis Mays, Greg Labonte, Austin Mays, AJ Campbell, and Gary Nichols.
Honorary pallbearers were West Rock employees, Shianne Mays, Cade Labonte, and Ron Wright.
