Rosezetta Chalmers, age 90, of Jasper, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2020, at the Newton County Nursing Home in Jasper. She was born December 14, 1929, at Piedmont, Missouri, the daughter of Evert & Izetta (Sweetin) Pettit. Along with her parents; Rosezetta was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Chalmers.
Rosezetta is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John B. and Diana Chalmers, of Jasper, Arkansas; two grandsons and their wives, Brad and Marla Chalmers and Rudy and Jaime Chalmers; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
Graveside funeral service was 1:00PM, Thursday, January 30, 2020, at Jasper Cemetery, with John Chalmers officiating.
Pallbearers were family and friends.
