Dannie B. Bradshaw, age 85, of Harrison, passed away Monday, April 15, 2019. He was born May 3, 1933, at Green Forest, Arkansas, the son of Martin Van and Myrtie (Sims) Bradshaw. Dannie was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Joyl W. Bradshaw; and his sisters, Cliffie Mae Douglas, Mildred Bowen, and Ima Jane Bradshaw.
Dannie attended Bellefonte Baptist Church. He was a Mason in the northern conference. He was also a lifelong member of Fellowship Lodge 89 in Marion, Illinois, a member at Grand Lodge in Springfield, Illinois, a member of the Scottish Rite in Belleville, Illinois, a 32nd Degree Mason in southern Illinois, and a Bou Ben Adhum Springfield Shrine Temple member in Springfield, Missouri.
Dannie was a truck driver and his handle was ''Skid Row Joe''. Traveling was his passion. Dannie told the story often that he once slept with a cotton mouth snake in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Dannie liked having coffee with his friends and never met a stranger. He enjoyed fishing when wasn't traveling.
Dannie is survived by his wife, Wilma Irene Bradshaw, of the home; his sons, Dannie Bradshaw of California and Gaylon Bradshaw of Louisiana; his daughters and son-in-law, LaDonna and Danny McKinney of Texas and Janie and Marvin Birdtail of Mississippi.
He is also survived by his sisters, Maxine Strough of Berryville, Arkansas and Delores Houser of Springfield, Missouri; his brother, Russell Bradshaw of Harrison; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was 12:00 to 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 20, 2019, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.
Funeral service was 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 20, 2019, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Reverend Marvin Emmons officiating.
Interment was at Rule Cemetery, Green Forest, Arkansas.
Pallbearers were family and friends. Honorary pallbearers are Dannie's coffee shop friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Rule Cemetery Fund, 4350 County Road 717, Green Forest, Arkansas 72638.

I love you old man miss you every day of my life old man. I miss the talks the mentorship you where to me. I thank God for you he used you to get me here through my mother. I know that now you hunderstand me a lot more than you could have ever imagined. You where about money it's not the most important cause I have made a lot of people have a pocket full of money but the most important is love which mom didn't have a lot of money but she tried to show the only thing she could which was love and she didn't even know how to do that.
God used you and mom to get us here and I thank God for y'all. We all are sinners and I thank that if we repent from our sins we can be saved we also have to forgive to be forgiven. Thank you God for given me the world's finest parents that you father God created. See you one day old man.
