Ethel Lou Harper, age 82, of Batavia, Arkansas, passed away Friday, February 8, 2019, in Harrison. She was born March 12, 1936, in Mesa, Arizona, the daughter of James Vernon and Christen (Coon) Miller, who preceded him in death.

Ethel is survived by her brother, James Miller, of Harison; her sons, James Harper of Hewitt, Texas, Willian Harper of Moore, Oklahoma, Steven Harper of Harrison, and Jeffrey Harper of Harrison; her daughter, Jessica Miller Harper, of Harrison; and a host of other family and friends.
