Eviline Sanford, 98, a resident of Booneville passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018, at Oak Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born December 7, 1919, in Ione to the late Andrew Hosea and Carrie Mabel (Guthrie) Farmer. Eviline worked at Waldron Furniture Manufacturing for numerous years. She was of the Presbyterian faith and loved vegetable gardening and cattle farming.

In addition to her parents Eviline was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Sanford; a daughter-in-law, Fern Sanford; two sisters and three brothers.

Survivors include a son, Larry Sanford of Dardanelle; two daughters, Marlene Thomas and husband, Wayne of Booneville and Lawana Gill and husband, Jerry of Alma; seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; a sister, Belva Smith of Magnolia and a brother, Virgil Farmer of Havana.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Sunday, November 11, 2018, at the Booneville Funeral Service in Booneville.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 12, 2018, at the Booneville Funeral Service Chapel with the Rev. Bill VanMeter officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Abbott under the direction of Booneville Funeral Service.

Pallbearers will be Danny and Billy Sanford, Wes and Jamie Wooten, Harold Smith, Larry Chambers, Chuck Crabtree and Paul Cowart. Aaron Farmer and Neal Preston will serve as honorary pallbearers
