Joyce Clifton, 84, of West Helena, went to be with the Lord June 7, 2020. She was born on September 12, 1935 to Charles E. Ishie Sr. & Louise Ishie.
She enjoyed wine, working in her yard, visiting the Gulf Coast, and bragging about her beloved grandchildren. Joyce was a proud business owner in Phillips County for over 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her soul mate and husband, Leevon Clifton; her parents, Charles E. Ishie Sr. & Louise Ishie; and a brother, Charles E. Ishie Jr.
Joyce is survived by her son; Ricky Clifton (Rhoda) of Hernando, MS, grandchildren; Trey Clifton, (Shane) of Little Rock, AR, Conner Clifton of Hernando, MS, and Justin Clifton (Regina) of West Helena, AR; as well as her sister, Dorothy Floyd.

I was so proud to work with Joyce for two months before she became sick. She was one a kind and treated me with so much respect and I was so proud to say I was her friend in work and with the Lord. God bless her and may she rest in peace.
