Elizabeth Lynn Morgan, age 85, of Elaine, Arkansas passed away Thursday, September 19, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Morgan was born October 13, 1933 in Manila, Arkansas to the late Ben and Nellie Rayder. She loved to fish, hunt, play dominos at the senior center, the Arkansas Razorbacks, and watching game shows, especially ''Wheel of Fortune''. She was a longtime member of Elaine United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Morgan is survived by two daughters, Ramona Lawman (David) of West Helena and Janice Haycraft (Vernon) of Elaine; two grandchildren, Brian Lawman and Dana Newsom; great-granddaughter, Sophia Lawman; sister, Martha Cook of St. Charles, Missouri; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 53 years, Raymond Morgan; and two sisters, Benetta Morgan and Lavadia Rayder.
A graveside service for Elizabeth Morgan will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Brother Johnny Jones will officiate.
The family would like to thank Kindred with hospice and the neighbors and friends who would call and check on her. A very special thank you to Mike and Karen Montgomery, who held a special place in her heart.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Elaine United Methodist Church.

Mona/Janice, I remember you mom from our old MYF group at Wabash and Elaine church. She was a very nice lady.
Mona,Janice & family. So very sad to hear about your Mom. She & I had many good visits when she dropped by the Library. We talked about farming, how Elaine had changed, our families and getting our hairdos. Know you will miss her so much. She was proud of all of you. Cherish your memories. May God's love give you peace & comfort in the days ahead.
