Carolyn Elizabeth Carter, 68, of Helena, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2019 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Ms. Carter was born in Elaine, November 11, 1950 to the late Mamie and James Ringer.
Carolyn worked for West Horner Motor Company for over 35 years and was a part of the Baptist faith. She had a passion for planting flowers and loved to crochet.
She is survived by one son, Jeff William Carter III (Shauna) of Hope, Arkansas; one daughter, Kelly Faye Parker; five grandsons, Dawson Owen Carter, Jagger Blayze Carter, Lyric Asher Carter, Riddic Axil Carter, Tyrus Gray Carter from Hope, Arkansas; one granddaughter, Bailee Layne Polk of Laurel, Mississippi; one sister, Mamie Ringer Tardy of El Dorado, Arkansas; one brother, John Ringer (Ava) of Jacksonville, Florida; Gene Parker, her significant other.
Carolyn had a host of nieces and nephews that will never forget their C.C.
She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, James Ringer and Paul Ringer.
A chapel service for Carolyn Carter will be held at 10 A.M., Friday, April 5, 2019 at Roller- Citizens Funeral Home. Visitation will be at 9 A.M. Brother Jeff Smith will officiate. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers are Jim Parker, Arnie Fraze, Kimbo Stephens, Harry Stephens Jr., Jeff Carter and Don Carter.
Honorary Pallbearers are West Horner, Gerald Fraze, Don Hensley and David Parker.

I enjoyed working with Carolyn at West-Hornor Motor Co. She was especially good to my brother and his two boys, Chance and Chris. I will always remember that. She is at peace now. Prayers of comfort to all friends and family. Thank you Lord for Carolyn.
