Doris Lawrence, 77 of Helena, Arkansas passed away February 13, 2019 at Helena Regional Medical Center. Doris was born August 13, 1941 to the late Lillie Mims and Luther Mitchell.
She is survived by her son; Randy Stayton (Harvey) of Russellville, Arkansas; two grandchildren; Bryan Wilkerson (Michelle) of Dallas, Texas and Robert Wilkerson (Margaret) of Forrest City; five great grandchildren; Georgia Wilkerson, Ann Marie Wilkerson, Winthrop Wilkerson, Elizabeth Wilkerson, and Parker Hood; one brother; Everett Mitchell (Sue); three sisters; Vera Godwin (Dale), Mary Tipton, and Amanda Mitchell.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Lillie Mitchell; one daughter, Patricia Brown; one son, Charles Stayton; one great granddaughter, Robin Wilkerson; one brother, Luther Mitchell; two sisters, Martha Edwards and Patricia Braden.
Visitation will be Monday from 10-11 am at Roller-Citizens Chapel. Graveside service will follow at 11:30 am at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena, Arkansas. Brother Royce Lowe will officiate.
Services will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena, (870) 572-2571.

Miss Doris always came in the room with a smile. Patricia, Sharon, and I were always up to something. She would laugh, scold us, and love us all at the same time. I know that she is having a wonderful time with her angels in heaven. God bless

Randy so sorry to hear about ur mom I was thinking about her the other day had been praying for her ever day.I sent her a Christmas card at Christmas and she sent me one back we always sent one another cards at Christmas for the last few years prayers for you and Harvey.
