Jessie Lee Duggar, 83, a resident of Delaware, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2020, at the River Valley Hospice Home in Russellville.

He was born August 1, 1936, in Rover to the late Olin and Della Duggar. Jessie married Shirley Inez (Thompson) Duggar on April 25, 1959, at the New Blaine Church of Christ. Jessie served in the United States Army National Guard. He spent his working years as the Live Haul Manager at Tyson Foods in Dardanelle for 27 years. In his spare time, Jessie enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He was a member of the New Blaine Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Shirley Inez Duggar; a daughter, Sherry Manos and two brothers, Herman and James Duggar.

Survivors include three sons, Jerry Duggar and wife, Rita of Paris, Michael Duggar and wife, Annisa of Delaware and Steven Duggar and wife, Ashlea of Fort Smith; a daughter, Diana Rice and husband, B.J. of Paris; sixteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren and two sisters, Lorene Moore of Mena and Louise May of Sacramento, California.

Gravesides services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at Elizabeth Hall Cemetery in New Blaine with Mr. Ricky White officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

Pallbearers will be Tanner and Garrett Lorenz, Andrew Hartfiel, Tyler and Jayden Duggar, Casey and Cole Rice and Nathan and Brandon Berg. Honorary pallbearers will be his great grandchildren.
