Ruth Spicer, 95 of Subiaco, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 in Charleston, Arkansas. She was born on April 12, 1924 in Dover, Arkansas to her parents, Thayer and Clara (McAllister) Campbell.
Ruth was a retired pharmacist having owned and operated Big World Drug Store in Paris with her husband, Glenn for many years. She always enjoyed playing the piano, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Paris.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Thayer and Clara (McAllister) Campbell; her husband, Glenn Spicer; two brothers, Boyce Campbell and William Harold Campbell and her granddaughter, Rebecca Spicer.

She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Keeton and husband Roy of Russellville; her son, Glenn Spicer II of Subiaco; one sister in law, Royzell Smith and husband Bill of Charleston; three grandchildren, Charlie Ford, Amber Ford West and Katie Spicer; seven great grandchildren, Cason West, Blake West, Luke Ford, Denver Bocksnick, Holden Ford, Patrick Ford and Owen Ford and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m., on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with burial in Prairie View Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Glenn Spicer II, Roy Keeton and Bill Smith.
