Donna Pha Garcia, 83, a resident of Magazine passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. She was born February 20, 1936 in Peoria, Illinois to the late Clarence and Irene (Dawson) Camp.

Donna loved her family and the Lord with all her heart. She had a nursing career in Phoenix, Arizona early on. She continued careers in care giving and manufacturing throughout her life. She loved camping, fishing and cooking. She enjoyed creating crochet and needlepoint projects for her children and grandchildren. Donna also enjoyed reading and watching old western movies with her loving husband.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, David Mark Watson; a grandson, Johnny Troop, Jr.; a great grandson, Christian Allen; two brothers, Jack Camp and Gene Camp and a sister, Mae Donaldson.

Survivors include her husband, Charles R. Garcia of Magazine; five children, Pam Namiki of Las Vegas, Nevada, Dan Watson of Payson, Arizona, Sue Walker and husband, Don of Paris, Michelle Cook and husband, Tom of Paris and Thorina Watson of Booneville; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren and her sister, Dorothy Hayden and her husband, James of Henderson, Nevada.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 25, 2019, at the Moore's Chapel Community Church, 13159 Highway 309 South, Havana, Arkansas 72842 with the Rev. Russell Estes officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
