Danny Doyle Roper, 69, a resident of Paris passed away, Sunday, April 7, 2019, at his home.
He was born November 5, 1949, in Paris to Farris and Delcia (Dial) Roper of Scranton. Danny was a member of the Union Assembly of God near Subiaco and loved playing music.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Roper of Paris; a son, Jason Doyle Roper of Minnesota; a daughter, Amanda Huck of Paris; seven grandchildren, Jacob, James and Faith Roper and Dylan, Brandon, Rebbecca and Lindsey Huck; his parents, Farris and Delcia Roper of Scranton; two brothers, Alton and Greg Roper, both of Scranton and two sisters, Delores Apple of Scranton and Beverly Nowotny of Clarksville.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at the Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
The funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 11, 2019, at the First Assembly of God in Paris with the Rev. David King officiating. Burial will follow in Wares Chapel Cemetery near Scranton under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
Pallbearers will be Arthur Selph, Alton, Greg and Darrin Roper, Louie Kleck and David Pridgin. Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Bradley, Thomas Needham, Neal Green and Lance Roper.
