Don Mantooth, 61, a resident of Ratcliff passed away Friday, February 8, 2019, at the Mercy Hospital in Ozark.
He was born November 13, 1957, in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to Thad Patterson and Betty June (Dillier) Mantooth. Don worked at his home as a mechanic and farmer. He enjoyed building and racing cars and was a member of the Roseville Baptist Church. Don was preceded in death by his father, Thad Patterson Mantooth; his mother-in-law, Norma McClure; two nephews, Cevin and Tony Mantooth and a niece, Jeanette Chambers.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Bonnie Mantooth of Ratcliff; two daughters, Ashley Young and husband, Owen of Booneville and Becky Shurden and husband, Jae of Ratcliff; six grandchildren, Paige Canada, Jackson Shurden, Eli Young, Naleyah Young, Devon Young, Ivy Young; his mother, Betty Mantooth of Dardanelle; a sister, Tish Fowler of New Blaine and three brothers, Ted Mantooth of Bentonville, Tim Mantooth of Raleigh, North Carolina and Mike Mantooth of China.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at the Roller Funeral Home in Paris. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller
Funeral Home in Paris. .
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 2222, Little Rock, AR 72203-9984.
