Lloyd William Bourg, Jr., also known as Bill Bourg of Paris, Arkansas formerly of Gretna, Louisiana passed away at the age of 71 on January 28, 2019. He was a Vietnam Veteran and a retired civilian mechanic of twenty two years for the 926FW USAF Reserves NAS Joint Reserve Base in New Orleans, Louisiana.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd W. Bourg, Sr. and Therese Bourg; his step-mother, Isabel Bourg; two brothers, John Christopher and Barry Bourg of Gretna, Louisiana; one grandson, Rodney Catanese of Terrytown, Louisiana; two sister in laws, Cynthia Dequeant of Silver Creek, Mississippi, Ellisa Bishop of Gretna, Louisiana; two brother in laws, Thomas Dequeant Sr. of Silver Creek, Mississippi and Marvin Moore of Philadelphia, Mississippi and his father in law, Fredrick Ellis Bishop of Gretna. Louisiana.

He is survived by his wife, Carol (Bishop) Bourg of Paris, Arkansas; one daughter, Shannel (Bourg) Falgoust of Marrero, Lousiana and her fiancé Rickey Malone of Metairie, Lousiana; one son, John C. Bourg, Sr., and wife Brandi Bourg of Scranton, Arkansas; three sisters, Helen (Bourg) Moore of Philadelphia, Mississippi, Victoria ''Paulette'' (Bourg) Laudun and husband Johnny and Rosary (Bourg) Justice and husband Bruce both of Marrero, Louisiana; one brother, Craig Bourg, Sr. and wife Carolyn of Chelesea, Alabama; his mother in law, Adeline Bishop of Gretna, Louisiana; eight grandchildren, Jade, MJ, Courtney, JJ, Christian, Ethan, Tess, Tara; four great grandchildren and numerous brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces, grandnieces, nephews, grandnephews, aunts and cousins.

Services with prior visitation starting at 9:00 a.m., on Friday, February 1, 2019 for Lloyd Bourg will be held at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Caulksville, Arkansas on highway 22 with funeral to start at 11:00 a.m.. Upon conclusion of the funeral services family and friends will gather together in the church's fellowship hall for food and fellowship. Upon cremation of Lloyd Bourg, burial of cremated remains will be at the Fort Smith National Cemetery at 522 Garland Avenue and South 6th Street, Fort Smith, AR 72901. Those wanting to attend the burial with military honors, please let us know how to contact you when arrangements have been finalized.

In lieu of flowers PLEASE give a donation to any of Lloyd's favorite charities, (St. Jude, Shriners, Mercy Ship, ASPCA, Paris Boys and Girls' Club, Caulksville Presbyterian Church, (P.O. Box 2, Ratcliff, AR 72851). At the services there will be a donation basket set up to take in and acknowledge all greatly appreciated donations to his favorite charities.
