Bertha Peters, 85 of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2018 in Fort Smith. She was born on December 31, 1932 in Paris to her parents Joseph and Frances (Metzger) Binz. She was a retired dairy farmer and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paris. Bertha enjoyed gardening, quilting and crocheting but most of all loved spending time with her great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Frances (Metzger) Binz and her brother, Joseph Binz Jr..

She is survived by her husband of sixty two years, George Peters of Paris; two daughters, Kathryn Nehus of Paris and Marilyn Martin of Moody, Alabama; one sister, Mary Dixon and husband James of Pea Ridge; one granddaughter, Tiffany Mouada and husband Sam of Fort Smith and three great grandchildren, Samir Mouada, Karim Mouada and Hakim Mouada all of Fort Smith.

Rosary and visitation will be held at 5:00 p.m., on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, October 29, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Paris under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away".
