Arthur Evans Jr., 73, of Cabot, passed away on April 1, 2019. He was born on January 9, 1946 to Arthur Sr and Edith Evans.

Junior was a Vietnam Army Veteran and retired from the Jacksonville Fire Department after 34 years of service. He was a charter member of Lifeline Fellowship Church in Austin. Junior enjoyed working on small engines, fishing and collecting coins and relics.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Junior is survived by his wife, Joyce Evans; one son, Mark Evans (Kerri); three grandchildren, Hunter Evans, Bailee Evans-Stewart (Tom), and Brianna Evans; one great grandson, Noah Stewart; one brother, Robin Anthony Evans; and several other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2019 from 2-4PM at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 JFK, North Little Rock.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 2PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Evans Family Cemetery in Cabot.
