Our Mother, Virginia "Ginger" Brighter, 74, of Sherwood, Arkansas, departed this life on Sunday, January 27, 2019. She was born on February 3, 1944.

She was a great wife, mother, grandma, great grandma, sister and friend. Ginger was an active member of St Anne Catholic Church and enjoyed volunteering in the church community. She also had a passion for making rosaries which she gave to family, friends and church members.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life, David "Pops" Brighter; her parents, Bruce and Eva Mae Taylor and two brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by two sons, Terry (Kim) Brighter of Sherwood, Arkansas and Tony (Angi) Brighter of Tampa, Florida; four grandchildren, Heather (Mark) Knight, Jake (Kayla) Brighter, Emmitt Hiser and Amanda (Tyler) Sturch; nine great grandchildren and two sisters, Leila Gary and Barbara Pearson.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 6-7PM followed by a Rosary at 7 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 JFK, North Little Rock. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019 ay 10AM at St. Anne Catholic Church, 6150 Remount Rd, North Little Rock. Burial will follow at Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery.

To all family,I have so so so many great memories with Aunt Ginger. My husband being her nephew by her sister Peggy. She was so sweet, kind and giving. A beautiful spirit!She will be greatly missed!I know her parents and brothers and sisters welcomed her as she came home..I'm so sorry for your loss,but we know right where she is in the safety of the Lord
