To all of the Charles F. Rhein Family.
I met Charley in about 1966 when I hired on with Southwestern Bell and soon I became a cable splicer's helper. Guess who one of the Cable Splicers were that I ended up helping, yes it was Mr. Charles Rhein. We had great times together and Charley taught me a lot about that job and got me off to a successful start with my new job at the phone company. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
With all my respect, Tony Brown
